It is not a secret that are increasingly manufacturers of systems and equipment for radio and television that seek to market in Latin America. It is a number that has grown considerably in recent years.

But this picture, which at first glance is positive for the entire industry, has encountered a difficulty which no one had: the distributors manufacturers relationship. In recent months I have had the opportunity to speak with several manufacturers who have expressed their dissatisfaction with how difficult it has been to find a committed distributor.

Some of the problems raised are the lack of commitment by dealers to promote the brand and unwillingness to adapt to the conditions and requirements of the manufacturer. And this is not a situation of a specific country is generated across the region.

Meanwhile, to consult with the dealers, they restaltaron that the difficulties manufacturers have the conditions for representation, primarily in the requirement to purchase a lot of equipment, without having clear whether they will be well received in the local market , which results in a great risk to their business.

This situation must be a means as soon as possible point, because, although it is a business relationship between private, its consequences end up affecting the entire industry, because manufacturers simply give up being in our market.
