Provide quality service and invest in customer service.
2. Rule number two; Innovation not instant perfection. Many of us were working on the prototype of our projects and we dare not because we are too perfectionist about it, while we are in that plan, others go forward with our ideas, we thought were the best, in a global world many are perhaps developing what you been planning to do for a long time but does not dare. The advice that I leave is "dare, throw yourself at once, not wait until everything is perfect."
3. Rule number three; 70-20-10, this is perhaps the one that most caught my attention is to manage the time we dedicate to business, perhaps we do not realize how valuable is time and manage it as follows can be reflected better results: 70% of their time spend it what is it right now generating money, what represents your current income, 20% of the time dedicate it to things that have to do with your business unit but represent an advance in it, new business models originating at the base, search for other territories for expansion model, which relates to the growth on the base model of your business and the 10% remaining, dedicate it to "crazy" these things that there is no certainty that can be expected and that's why they call him so crazy.
4. Rule number four; 10X think, that meaning is always have high goals, if your initial business plan is the 10% grow, multiply by 10 and that is their goal. "Among above this vision, the farther reaches one," Carolina added in his speech.
